Miracles even through ups and downs

"I wanted a miracle in my relationship with my ex husband. I didn't get that directly but I experienced seismic shifts in my understanding of our relationship and others around me.

Midway through the course, things exploded with a review of our co-parenting arrangement involving lawyers. I've experienced some very low lows and heartbreak. Rather than feeling that things were imploding, the course gave me the structure to keep looking for miracles. The 'miracle journal' was a big help during this time. It tuned me into what was going well instead of creating a wave of negative mind chatter.
